Can I transfer my tickets to someone else if I can no longer attend?

Nooooo! The show is sold out, what can I do?

Don’t lose hope! If the show is sold out, get in touch with our Box Office team and jump on a waitlist. Sometimes sold out shows have tickets become available or additional shows are added to the season. If you’re on a waitlist, you’ll be notified first.

Do you offer a discounted rate for carers or a free carer ticket?

We provide carers with a complimentary ticket when accompanying their registered client to selected shows. This is at the discretion of the promoter. Please contact our Box Office prior to making your booking. You may be required to show your carer’s card at that time.

For information regarding ticketing of live entertainment and sporting events, or to obtain a copy of the Code of Practice refer to liveperformance.com.au.

My teen is attending a show, is there a "parent waiting area"?

The venue’s bar will remain open throughout the show. You’re welcome to enjoy a drink and light snack while your 14+ year old attends the show unaccompanied. Some teen events are just as fun in the parent waiting area as they are inside the venue! While there is no designated drop and go zone at the GECC, many parents collect their teens from the GECC foyer.
